Pro · Illustrated map
See the city while you type
Pro swaps the standard route map for a pastel illustrated one, with parks, rivers and landmark buildings along the track. Only the scenery changes: input modes, scoring and leaderboards work exactly as they do on the standard map.
- Illustrated maps are being added line by line. See which lines have one
- Turn on the Illustrated map switch on a supported line's setup page. This browser remembers your choice.
- Custom routes, and lines without an illustrated map yet, keep the standard map.
- The standard map and the free typing game remain free.

Membership questions
Can I still play for free?
Yes. Every city’s starter line, such as the Yamanote Line, plays without limit, and every other line has 5 free runs a day, back at 00:00 UTC. Leaderboards, joining battles and basic station announcements are free too. Pro removes the daily limit.
Are basic station announcements becoming paid?
No. The existing Japanese station-name announcements remain available to everyone. Pro only adds optional controls around them.
How do monthly, annual and lifetime differ?
Monthly renews each month and Annual renews each year. Both can be canceled in Paddle at any time; access continues through the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Who handles payment and tax?
Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, calculates applicable tax, sends receipts and provides the billing portal.
What happens to my data if Pro ends?
Your account, run history and saved routes stay intact. You can still list or delete saved routes, but custom planning, editing and sharing lock. Existing public route links become unavailable until you renew; all Free features keep working.
Payments, receipts, tax, subscription changes and refunds are handled securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Terms of ServiceRefund Policy
