Overview
The Mita Line (I) links Meguro and Nishi-takashimadaira over about 26.5 km and 27 stations. Its indigo-blue trains quietly cut between Shirokane-takanawa and Sugamo — a favorite shortcut of Toei commuters in the know.
Along the route
The line passes Kasuga, Sugamo (crossing the Yamanote Line), and Otemachi, through-running with the Tokyu Meguro Line at its southern end — a low-key trunk route linking Tokyo's southwestern residential streets to the northern plateau.
Why play it
With more stations and a steady pace, it's a good line for building typing endurance and gradually raising overall accuracy.

How much typing is this?
Typing every station name on this line takes 301 keystrokes, an average of 11.1 per station. The longest name is 板橋区役所前 (itabashi-kuyakushomae) at 20 keystrokes; the shortest is 三田 (mita) at 4. Those counts come from running each name's kana through the game's own romaji engine, so they are what your fingers actually do — not the length of the printed spelling.
Along the way: 0 names contain a small っ, which doubles the next consonant; 5 contain a small ゃ, ゅ or ょ, where the engine accepts both the Hepburn and Kunrei spellings (sha or sya, shu or syu); and 3 end in ん, whose trailing n folds into whatever comes next rather than standing alone.
Where you can change trains
10 of the 27 stations on this line connect to another line in the game. Follow any symbol to that line's guide.
